Like a majority of cross country runners, Trigg County freshman Phelan Dossett is not a fan of hills on the course. Despite the hills, Dossett finished 162nd out of 215 runners at the Class 2A State Cross Country Meet Saturday at the Kentucky Horse Park, helping the Lady Wildcats to a 17th place finish. Phelan is the second member of the Dossett to run in the state meet, joining her brother Ethan who ran in four state meets and finished 35th as a senior.
