With injuries taking a recent toll on Christian County, it has been a tough couple of weeks for the Lady Colonels soccer team. That tough stretch continued Monday evening, as the Lady Colonels took to the road for a match against St. Mary.
The Lady Viking offense was in overdrive, while their defense afforded the Lady Colonels few opportunities. St. Mary rolled to a 10-0 win on their home pitch.
The match was the third time in the last four outings that Christian County has been held scoreless.
Christian County falls to 3-13-1 for the season. The Lady Colonels return to action Tuesday evening on the road at Todd County Central.
