Caldwell County High School freshman Claire Knoth is gearing up for the 1st Region golf tournament Monday in Paducah.
Knoth is also a member of the volleyball program at Caldwell County.
She spoke with Your Sports Edge on Thursday about the challenges of playing two sports at the same time.
