A solid win on the golf course Thursday afternoon for the Christian County Colonels. The Colonels got good rounds from top to bottom on their way to a three way match win over Hopkinsville and Madisonville at Western Hills. The Colonels finished the day with a team score of 167, three shots ahead of Hopkinsville, which finished with a score of 170. Madisonville was two shots further back at 172.
Individually, Madisonville’s Jackson Hill was the overall medalist with a score of 36. Hopkinsville’s James Folz was just one shot back with a 37. Christian County’s Houston George finished the day in 3rd place with a round of 39.
