A slow start doomed Trigg County in a straight set volleyball loss at Murray Thursday. The Lady Wildcats fell to 0-2 to start the season.
Murray raced out to a big lead and took the first set 25-6. The took the second and third sets by identical 25-14 scores.
Trigg County fell to 0-2 with the loss and will play their next three games at home, starting Tuesday with a home match against Madisonville.
