The Hopkinsville Tiger golf team made the trek up to Union County Saturday. The Tigers were among the teams participating in the Union County Invitational, and came home with a 4th place team finish on the day.
Daviess County’s “A” squad finished first with a total of 305. Madisonville was second with a 319. Hopkins Central was third with a 326. Hopkinsville took the 4th place spot with a team score of 333.
Individually, James Folz was the top finisher for the Tigers with a 76, which was good enough for a tie for 5th place.
Daniel Love, of Daviess County, took medalist honors with a 70. Madisonville’s Jackson Hill was second with a 72. Hopkins Central’s Trae Barber came in 3rd with a score of 74.
