Brennan Crooms was added to the Hoptown Hopper roster for his arm. However, the Georgia College and State freshman has nine hits in 15 at bats (.600) for the Hoppers, which has him embedded into the middle of the lineup. After picking up two more hits and two RBIs in Thursday’s 19-5 win over Henderson, Crooms talked about his hitting and how Hopkinsville reminds him of his hometown of Metter, Georgia.
