Christian County eighth grader Ella Brown played in the longest singles match of the region tennis tournament Monday in Henderson. She beat Lyon County’s Audrey Payne 6-2 but dropped the second set 7-5. She won the tie-breaker 10-8 to win the match and win confidence in her personal game.
