Hopkinsville High alum Dacie Bolton finished in a tie for 10th place at the Mid-South Women’s Spring Championship Saturday.
Bolton, a junior at Lindsey Wilson College, shot an 8-over 80 at the Elks Country Club in McDermott, Ohio. Bolton had the second-lowest score for LWC in the tournament.
Ana Laura Pages of Cumberland University shot an even-par 72 to win the event by three shots.
Lindsey Wilson posted a 322 team score to finish in fourth place.
The event was originally scheduled to take place over Saturday and Sunday as they were scheduled to play 36 holes but projected inclement weather in the area forced the change.
Cumberland (Tenn.) took home first place after carding a 311 as Cumberlands (Ky.) finished in second with a 315 stroke total.
Lindsey Wilson returns to action on April 29 – May 1 when they travel to Bowling Green to compete at the Mid-South Conference Tournament.
