The Hopkinsville Lady Tigers had trouble finding their offensive rhythm Saturday at the Bob Jones Tournament. The Lady Tigers were limited to five hits as North Oldham rolled to a 14-0 four inning win.
North Oldham scored five runs in the first inning to take control of the game and never looked back. They would add two runs in the second, sixth in the third, and one in the fourth before the time limit ended the game.
North Oldham took advantage of the Hopkinsville pitchers having trouble finding the strike zone. Hopkinsville gave up 10 walks over the four innings that were played.
Taiya Straight was 2-2 in the game. Morgan Hodge ended up 1-2 with a double. Nadia Clayton also went 1-2 for the Lady Tigers.
