Caldwell County and Livingston Central tried to squeeze in a game between the raindrops Saturday at the VFW Ballpark in Princeton. The teams battled back-and-forth, with Livingston taking a 6-2 lead with six runs in the top of the third, only to see Caldwell rally with seven runs in the home half of the fourth to go up 10-8. However, heavy rain and lightning stopped the game with two outs in the bottom of the fourth and play could not continue. The game was officially a rain out, but you can still enjoy these YSE photos from the contest. The Tigers are scheduled to play at home again on Monday against Christian County.
