Lauren Langhi found herself on the awards podium four times Saturday at the Region I Swim Meet. She was a part of two relay champions and finished second in both the 100-yard breaststroke and 200-yard IM. In the latter she cracked 2:20 for the first time and credits her finish to some advice her sister gave her earlier in the day.
