Lyon County 8th grader Gracen Wynn may not have anticipated being called upon with Thursday night’s game at Caldwell County on the line, but she took her opportunity when it came, beating the buzzer with a lay-in to send the game to overtime. Wynn kept her nerve in overtime as well, calmly knocking down 2 free throws to help the Lady Lyons to a 40-34 victory over the Lady Tigers.
Afterward, Wynn talked about her basket to force overtime, and how the Lady Lyons view the match-up with Caldwell County.
