Hopkinsville junior Tyler Greenwell has been an offensive standout this season for the Tiger soccer team, ranking second in goals with 16 and third in assists. However, when coach Tyler Stallons was devising the game plan to try to stop Calloway County’s prolific scorer, Jacob Smith, Greenwell got the call. After beating the Lakers 2-1 to claim the program’s first-ever state-tourney win, Greenwell talked about how the Tigers tried to deal with Smith, and feels he may be called upon for another defensive turn in the near future.
