The Christian County Lady Colonel golf team got their season underway Monday at the Henderson Invitational at the Henderson Country Club. Bridget Owens led the Lady Colonels with a score of 103. Jenna Humphries followed with a 108 followed by Hannah Sumner (110), and Jennalynn Kelly (117).
Barren County won the team title followed by Daviess County in second place.
Christian County will host their Colonel Invitational Tuesday at Western Hills Golf Course.
