The Todd County Central Lady Rebels picked up their 3rd win in a row Thursday night. The Lady Rebels opened quickly and never looked back on their way to a 63-14 win over the Fort Campbell Lady Falcons.
The Todd Central defense held the Lady Falcons scoreless through the first eight minutes. Meanwhile, the Lady Rebels offense was able to put 17 points on the board. Todd Central in fact held Fort Campbell without a field goal for the entire first half, allowing the Lady Falcons just one second quarter free throw, as the Lady Rebels took a 32-1 lead at the half.
Todd Central continued to pull away in the 3rd quarter, outscoring Fort Campbell 20-5 to extend the lead to 52-6. Several younger players got to see action down the stretch for Todd Central, as the Lady Rebels pulled away for the 49 point win.
All thirteen players who got into the game for Todd Central scored, led by Amy Brumfield, Jasmine Mimms, and Paige Rager with 8 points each. Jordan Wilson was the leading scorer for Fort Campbell with 8 points in the contest.
Todd Central improved to 11-12 with the win, while Fort Campbell dropped to 0-20 with the loss.
