Lady Falcons Fall Second Night in a Row to Christian Fellowship

For the second night in a row, the Fort Campbell Lady Falcons took on Christian Fellowship. And, for the second night in a row, the margin of victory for the Lady Eagles was 17 points. While the Lady Falcons had their highest scoring night of the season, it was still not enough as Christian Fellowship came on to post and won 51-34.

The game began with promise for Fort Campbell, as the Lady Falcons led after the first quarter 14-10. However, Christian Fellowship came rolling back during the second quarter, outscoring the Lady Falcons 15-5 to take a 25-19 lead at the break.

In the second half, Christian Fellowship’s defense held the Lady Falcons to only 15 points, while scoring 26 of their own. The Lady Eagles pushed the lead out to 35-25 at the end of the 3rd quarter, before cruising on out to the final 17 point margin. The two teams played Thursday night, with Christian Fellowship winning 38-21 on their home floor.

Fort Campbell was led by Jordan Wilson with a season high 24 points. Brianna Dugger added five. The Lady Falcons fall to 0-15 on the season with the loss, which was the team’s 46th loss in a row. The last win for Fort Campbell was February 5, 2016, when they defeated Trigg County 69-65.
