The University Heights Academy girls’ basketball team lost its opening game of the New Year on Tuesday night, falling 61-55 to the visiting McLean County Lady Cougars.  Afterward, Lady Blazer Coach Taylor Sparks discussed developing a third scoring option and the difficulties of holiday basketball.
