
Caldwell County will play three games over the next two days as part of the Third Annual BTN/Q101 Christmas Classic at Butler County. The Tigers (3-4) snapped a three-game losing streak Tuesday with a 71-58 win over Carlisle County. The four teams Caldwell County has lost to this year are a combined 19-8.
The Tigers begin play Thursday at 10:30am against Glasgow, who enters the event with a record of 7-1. Their only loss was to Warren Central. Caldwell will return to the floor Thursday afternoon at 3:45 to play Bullitt Central (6-2).
Other games Thursday feature Murray (5-4) and Bullitt Central at 12:15; Butler County (4-5) and Cumberland County (3-6) at 2:00; and Murray versus Glasgow at 5:30.
On Friday, Caldwell County will play Murray at 1:45. Murray lost Tuesday to Mayfield 78-55. Caldwell lost to the same Mayfield team 66-50 on Dec. 7.
The event is not tournament-style with Caldwell to play three games over two days.
