Trigg County fared well Monday against one of the top golf teams in the First Region as the Wildcats dropped a tri-match to Marshall County by four shots at Arrowhead Golf Course.
Hunter Reynolds led Trigg County with a score of 40, followed by Grayson Thomas (42), Darrin Goodwin (44), Caleb Federspiel (46), and Ethan Nolcox (49).
Marshall County’s Tyler Powell took medalist honors with a score of 36. Nathan Clark had a 41, and Jay Nimmo shot a 43. Marshall edged Trigg 168-172.
Dawson Springs also shot at Arrowhead with Brennan Cunningham leading the Panthers with a 56.
