Last week in a match at the Hopkinsville Golf & Country Club, Christian County’s Hannah Sumner edged out Caldwell County’s Campbell Knoth for medalist honors in a match involving golfers from Christian County, Caldwell County, UHA, and Hopkinsville. This week, it was the Caldwell County golfer’s turn to finish with the low score.
During a match at Western Hills Thursday, Campbell Knoth shot a nine hole round of 43, which placed her one shot ahead of Hannah Sumner, who finished second with a 44. Sumner’s Christian County teammate Jenna Humphries finished in 3rd place with a 45.
