Hopkinsville’s Jiles Wyatt won his first event on the GO Junior Golf Series Thursday in a playoff. Wyatt shot a 77 and defeated Owensboro’s Griffin Payne in a playoff to capture first place in the Boys 13-15 Division.
Hopkinsville’s Max Falco won the Boys 8-Under Division with a score of 18 over three holes. Brady Hightower finished third in the Boys 9-10 Division after shooting a 29 over six holes
In the Girls 16-18 Division, Hannah Sumner shot a 92 to finish in fourth place. Bridget Owens tied for sixth place after shooting a 107.
