The Caldwell County girls soccer program is beginning the search for a new head coach. Eric Jacobs has announced that he is leaving the Lady Tiger program for a coaching and teaching position at John Overton High School in Nashville. Jacobs is a graduate of the school.
During his time at Caldwell County, the Lady Tigers went 27-20-2 and won two 7th District championships.
His 2016 team went 13-10-1 and lost to Henderson County in the regional quarterfinals.
In 2017, the Lady Tigers went 14-10-1, and lost to Henderson County in the region championship game.
