Since Kentucky made the switch to fast pitch softball in 1995, Trigg County has not been a factor in the Second Region. The Lady Wildcats didn’t win a district tournament game until 2001 and didn’t make a region tournament appearance until 2016.
The times are a changing in Cadiz where a program that had never posted a 15-win season until 2016 has now put up three straight seasons of 15 wins.
