Murray State and Belmont are considered the favorites in the Ohio Valley Conference Tournament this weekend in Evansville. The top seed Racers play defending tournament champion Jacksonville State, while Belmont plays Austin Peay in the semifinals. Kevin Ingram is the voice of the Belmont Bruins and says despite the success of Belmont and Murray, the OVC is likely a one-bid conference for the NCAA Tournament.
