Hopkinsville finished fourth at the SHMS Archery Classic Saturday in Madisonville. Hoptown’s score of 3,221 was 173 points behind first place Henderson County. Hopkins County Central took second place, and Madisonville was third.
Jeremy Leek led the Tigers with a score of 280, good for 13th place. Chandler Neightbors finished 16th with a score of 276, and Nathan Morris was 25th with a score of 276.
Mary Poe led the females with a ninth place finish with a score of 276. Rayne Porter shot a 273 to finish 16th, and Lanie Brumfield was 22nd with a score of 271.
Will Futrell was the top shooter for Hopkinsville Middle with a 10th place finish (281). Shelby Sparks was the top female shooter with a score of 265, good for 33rd place.
Hopkinsville will host their Tiger Classic Saturday at Tiger Gym.
