A former Caldwell County Tiger has been honored for his performance during the 2017 collegiate football season. Chris Logsdon, a sophomore kicker for Kentucky Wesleyan College, was one of the six Panthers named to the 2017 All Great Midwest Athletic Conference team.
Logsdon earned an honorable mention after converting five of nine field goals on the season. He nailed one from 30-39-yard range and two from 40-49-yards. Logsdon was named the G-MAC Special Teams Player of the Week after the win over Livingstone in which he tabbed a season long 41-yard field goal and was a perfect four-for-four on extra point attempts.
Logsdon accumulated nearly 2,000-yards on kickoffs, reaching 1,897-yards on 41 kickoffs for an average of 46.3-yards.
