Caldwell County’s Ty Ramey only allowed 19 hits in 44 innings pitched last year in helping the Tigers win a second straight Second Region baseball title. Tiger Coach Bradley Stallins says Ramey’s hard work and adjustment to a growth spurt has paid off for him.
