The Fort Campbell girls’ soccer team went 6-12 in 2017, scoring 41 goals and allowing 79, their second straight losing season. The Lady Falcons lost to Hopkinsville in the first round of the 8th District tournament, the third consecutive year they failed to advance to the 2nd Region tournament.
The Lady Falcons graduate 6 seniors, including second leading scorer and assist leader Maddison Ruggles (12 goals, 5 assists), and third leading scorer Jordan Hardy (10 goals). Returning will be sophomore leading scorer Kaitlyn Cervantes (14 goals), along with sophomore goalkeeper Angel Manalang. Versatile junior Jasmine Ward also returns, after playing all over the field for the Lady Falcons in 2017.
