Saints Peter and Paul fifth grader Tobias Duncan has been named to the Elementary All-State Cross Country Team as named by the Kentucky Track and Cross Country Coaches Association.
Duncan finished tenth out of 432 runners last month at the middle school meet of champions in Lexington. Duncan won races this year at McCracken County and St. Mary, while finishing second at Muhlenberg County and Marshall County.
