Caldwell County finished second over the weekend at the Western Kentucky Smackdown and will have four days of rest ahead of their match against Madisonville Thursday in the Seventh District title match at Hopkins County Central High School. Caldwell beat the Lady Maroons twice – in five sets and four sets – during the regular season. Lady Tiger head coach Daniel Cortner likes how his team is playing heading into the postseason.
