The Trigg County girls’ soccer team traveled to Paducah Monday night, drawing 2-2 with the 6-6-2 St. Mary Lady Vikings.
The Lady Wildcats jumped out to a first half lead on the strength of 2 goals by junior forward Brittney Kelly off assists from senior forwards Tiffany Shaffer and Libby Redd. The second half would be a different story, as the Lady Wildcats lost control of the game and allowed 2 goals for the tie.
Trigg County is now 9-4-2 as they go on the road to Ballard Memorial (2-9-1) on Tuesday.
