The Dawson Springs Panthers picked up their first win for coach Jim Hicks on Tuesday, turning back Christian Fellowship School 70-51 at Panther Gym.
Skyler Clark had 20 points and Landon Pace added 18 to pace the Panthers. Braxton Cotton added 15 points and Dylan Dawson tossed in 11.
The Panthers got off to a slow start against Christian Fellowship after suffering a tough loss at Marshall County on Monday.
Dawson Springs (1-1) hung around with the 1st Region contender, trailing by just 12 late in the second quarter before eventually bowing 90-55.
Clark had 25 points in that game for the Panthers while Dawson had 13.
Heralded junior Zion Harmon played his first game in a Marshal uniform, recording 27 points, 12 assists and 10 rebounds. Tyler Stokes poured in 35 points for Marshall.
