Trigg County freshman Trinity Cavanaugh paced a 1st-place Region 1 AA cross country team performance on Saturday, placing 5th individually with a time of 22:57.53 on a wet and muddy day at Marshall County High School.
Afterward, Cavanaugh talked about powering through the difficult conditions.
