Caldwell County quarterback Russ Beshear was 22 of 27 passing for 280 yards and two touchdowns to help the Tigers pull out a 42-40 win at Murray in Class 2A 1st District action Friday night.
The win improved Caldwell to 7-2 overall and 3-1 in the district and likely earned the Tigers a home date in the first round of the playoffs.
After the game, Beshear spoke with YSE about the back-and-forth game at Murray.
