Caldwell County’s girls traveled to Calloway County for their regular-season soccer finale on Thursday but dropped a 3-0 decision to the Lady Lakers.
The Lady Tigers had won six of their previous seven matches
Caldwell will carry an 11-6-2 record into the 7th District tournament, which gets underway Monday night at Butler Stadium in Princeton.
The Lady Tigers will take on Hopkins County Central in a semifinal contest. The winner of that game advances to Tuesday’s district championship contest against Madisonville-North Hopkins.
