
The UHA Lady Blazers continue to be one of the hottest volleyball teams in the 2nd Region. UHA went on the road and came away with a 3-1 win over the Madisonville Lady Maroons Tuesday evening. The set lost was the first for the Lady Blazers since September 4.
University Heights took the opening set of the match 25-20. Madisonville fought back and claimed the second set 25-19.

The two teams went toe-to-toe in the 3rd set. UHA finally came up with the win 25-23 to go up 2-1 in the match.
The Lady Blazers then lowered the boom on the Lady Maroons in the fourth set. UHA cruised past Madisonville 25-10 to close out the match.
A solid team effort for the Lady Blazers, as they finished with 13 team aces, 33 team kills and 6 blocks.
The win, which was the seventh in a row for UHA, improves the Lady Blazers record to 12-2. With the loss, Madisonville falls to 9-11.
