It was a pretty good holiday weekend on the pitch for a former UHA Lady Blazer. Rhodes College sophomore Alli Cundiff found the net twice Sunday as Rhodes College defeated Fontbonne University 2-0.
Cundiff scored a goal each half. Her first came at the 13:00 mark to give her team at 1-0 lead. She finished out her scoring with a goal at the 84:00 mark.
The two goals give Cundiff a total of four over a two day period. She also scored two goals on Saturday against Ozarks, as Rhodes won 3-0.
Cundiff and her Rhodes’s teamates have opend the 2019 season at 2-0.
