The Hopkinsville softball team closed its regular-season schedule with a 15-4 loss to visiting Russellville on Thursday night, but it wasn’t for a lack of trying, as typified by sophomore Karenna Chaudoin’s effort to corral a Lady Panther foul ball for the first out of the sixth inning.
