Isiah Pantiere and Kate Cansler both brought home first place finishes at the 23rd Annual Invitational of the South Saturday hosted by Marshall County at Murray State University.
Pantiere took first place in the 100 and 200 meters and took third in the long jump, while Cansler won the 400-meter run.

3200-meter relay team finished 13th (9:31.41)
UHA finished eighth in the team competition with 27 points. Paducah Tilghman won the team title with 96 points. Jackson, Mo. Was second with 82 points. There were 26 teams that tallied a team score.
GIRLS
Kate Cansler – First in the 400-meter run (1:01.19); 11th in the 100 meters (13.78)
Muki Kunnmann – 4th in the 3200-meter run (13:04.64)
Piper Hancock – 6th in the 400-meter run (1:06.50); 6th in the 800-meter run (2:41.03)
Clarissa Miller – 16th in the long jump (14-06)
Lainey Burman – 17th in the discus throw (74-11)
Vallie Smith – 19th in the discus throw (72-03); 26th in the shot put (24-11)
3200-meter relay team finished third (10:50.60)
UHA finished 10th out of 26 teams with 27 points. Paducah Tilghman won with 105.5 points. Jackson, Mo. was second with 86 points.
