The Ohio Valley League is rolling out a new process to select the inaugural OVL All League Team sponsored by Jones Brothers Towing and Trucking in 2019. The team will be announced at the end of the 2019 Regular Season and fans will have have a voting input.
Each of the nine coaches will vote for the best player at all eight defensive positions, plus two pitchers (starting and relief pitcher), and the designated hitter. The top three, or four in the case of a tie, at each position will be presented to the fans for the “10th” vote.

The league will announce the OVL All League Team sponsored by Jones Brothers Towing and Trucking at the start of the postseason tournament and plan to announce each player selected in front of their hometown fans.
Opening Day games will be played on Friday, May 31. The OV will play a 40-game season capped by playing three rounds of the best two out of three series to crown a postseason tournament champion. Game three of the OVL championship series is scheduled for Sunday, August 4.
