After a slow start, the Hopkinsville girls’ basketball team battled back to take a lead into the fourth quarter of Friday night’s meeting with Christian County, but ultimately fell short 60-57. Afterward, Coach Anthony Babb felt his team played well in spurts, and was pleased with the Lady Tigers’ defensive performance.
