Haley Stiles became the fourth Caldwell County senior to commit to a college for the furtherance of her softball career when she committed to Lindsey Wilson College Wednesday.
Stiles, who played primarily played third base for the Lady Tigers last year, hit .307 with a .325 on base percentage and 13 runs batted in. She had three hits in three region tournament games last year, including two in the championship loss to Christian County.
Stiles is one of eight players expected to return for the Lady Tigers in the spring. She joins Mashea Glover (Murray State), Katie Franklin (Asbury), and Emma Staples (Frontier) as Lady Tigers who are taking their talents to the next level. She will also join Caldwell County alum J’Aimee Burke on the Lindsey Wilson roster.
