The Hopkinsville Lady Tigers kicked off the season with a 52-44 victory over Kenwood, TN at Tiger Gym Tuesday night. In the absence of last season’s top-3 scorers, Hoptown’s Donisha Flowers showed the team is still in good hands, putting up 25 points and 13 rebounds to headline the victory over the Lady Knights.
Afterward, Flowers spoke about the second-half turnaround that led to the Lady Tigers’ opening-night win.
