Kyky Tandy made his long-awaited college basketball debut Saturday as Xavier beat Lipscomb 87-62 in Cincinnati.
Tandy had missed the Musketeer’s first seven games with a foot injury suffered late in the preseason. He returned to action Saturday and played 14 minutes off the bench. His first bucket was a 3-pointer, and the University Heights Academy alum scored five points on 2-of-7 shooting. He also had two assists.
Xavier (7-1), ranked 25th in the nation, will host Green Bay Wednesday.
