When Madisonville-North Hopkins beat Hopkinsville 20-18 on October 11, they did so without a big night from senior quarterback Hayden Reynolds. Reynolds threw for only 50 yards on 6-16 passing with a touchdown, and rushed 4 times for only 19 yards.
Fast forward to Saturday at the Stadium of Champions with his season and the 4A District 1 title on the line against the Tigers. Reynolds went for 152 yards and a score on 7 completions to go with 64 yards on 6 carries, capped by this 55-yard dagger for a 28-21 victory.
