Christian County had a pair of golfers come in with scores in the 30s Tuesday in a four-team match at Western Hills Golf Course.
Micah Smith shot a 2-over par 38 to finish tied for second place with Weston Wood of University Heights Academy. Jiles Wyatt of UHA took medalist honors with a score of 37.
Houston George shot a 39, with Josh Johnson adding a 43, Chase Dawson a 45, and Jase Blue a 55.
Hopkinsville’s team score of 162 was three better than second place Christian County and ahead of third place Logan County (176) and UHA (189). Eli Forbes led Logan County with a score of 40.
