The Todd County Central girls’ soccer team fell 7-0 at Franklin-Simpson on Monday night, dropping its third-straight match to slip to 7-8 overall. The Lady Rebels not sit at 2-2 in the 13th District with a visit from Logan County coming up on Tuesday, while the Lady Wildcats snap a three-game skid to move to 2-6 on the year, 2-2 in district play.
Kate Norwood found the back of the net 5 times for Franklin-Simpson, joined on the scoresheet by Emily Griffin and Mackenzie Reece with a goal each. Todd County kept Lady Wildcat goalkeeper Lexi Phillips busy, but she saved all 12 shots she saw for the shutout.
