The Hopkinsville football team enjoyed a winning start to the 2019 season on Friday night, travelling to Clarksville and topping Kenwood, TN 35-21. Quarterback Jay Bland looked good in his return to the field from injury, throwing for four touchdowns.
After the win, coach Craig Clayton gave his impressions of Bland’s performance and talked about the emergence of the Tigers’ running game.
