Murray State University has added Anna Moore to the women’s golf coaching staff as an assistant coach. The school made the announcement Tuesday in social media.
Moore was part of three Ohio Valley Conference team championships in her time at Murray State and won the 2019 OVC Golf Championship.
Moore grew up playing softball and didn’t start playing golf until her freshman year at University Heights Academy. She improved to the point of qualifying for the KHSAA State Tournament and parlayed that into a playing career at Murray State. She is a two-time All-OVC golfer and the two-time Kentucky Women’s Amateur champion.
